My one warning to potential renters. The AC is not on full-time year round and they wait until full on heat wave until they turn it on for the summer. This can get bad on the third or fourth floor in the two big buildings.

Tenants are mostly friendly. Some cannot be bothered to say hello if you try to greet them.

Gym and indoor and outdoor pool are usable by tenants and included in the rent. Staff is friendly and will try to work with you to resolve issues. Maintenance is kept up and can be reached in an emergency.

For awhile there was a college kid running down the hall which echos loudly and woke me up at six a.m. on the weekends. He either moved or got the idea that he should shut the F up.

I gave a low mark on the safety because the neighborhood kids break things (doors and glass) and vandalize on the farthest side of the building six.
