Honestly I have no clue what these people are complaining about. Overall, this place has been fantastic!
Positives: Very unique and beautiful buildings. Great pool (indoor and out) and the campus is very nice and well taken care of. Parking is great, I live right by the restaurant the other person talked about and have NEVER had an issue finding a parking spot. Every time I have had a problem they were out within hours to fix it.
Negatives: It is right next to an airport and you do hear planes at times. Took a while to turn on air conditioning. It is central air and they didn't turn on until a week into May - normally not a problem in New England.
Overall I would definitely recomend this place.
