I have been living at Bigelow Commons for about 4-5 months. Just like any place, it is not perfect. However, I think the pros win over the cons. T-Ville is not the nicest area, but way better than living in Springfield. We do have a ceiling leak in our apt., but the building has a flat roof and thats what happens to building with flat roofs. I don't expect management to be able to do much about it. They know about the problem, and we have a bucket. Besides all that, I think the apartment is really charming- nice and modern. The grounds are pretty, and I like coming home to the pretty
setting. My biggest complaint is having to drag my trash and recycling a mile across the grounds. Why can't there be more dumpsters'
