During my period of stay I never had any major issues so never had to interact much with management office, but now when I have left I m having hard time getting my deposit back.

They said it will take 30 days but in my case its more than 45 days and when ever I call the management office they will just not bother to confirm if the check has been send. The only answer I get every time is It should have been send through their Boston office with in 30 days so you should wait

Wait till how long..... its very frustrating to chase deposit from them.

There is always a late payment if we don t pay rent on time so I believe a penalty should be imposed on them for not paying deposit on time.

I hate the management office. Good luck you guys for your deposit.

It is against the law for them not return your deposit in 30 days or to expalin why your deposit isn't being returned.
