Been at Bigelow over four years and I've seen it go down hill first hand. Laundry area need major help at least in building 6. Machines are over crowded and don't work well either. Crap left in the lobby looks like a crime scene and is very embarssing when you have company over. Car has been broken into twice and I'm sure it's because I have to park in the ghetto or on the outside of Bigelow no where near my apartment. They issue parking passes but don't be fooled they don't mean a thing.
Only needed management once and that didn't go well. Five different people put me on a list to be helped and four months later I find my self moving out to accomadate my needs. Never needed maintainance which is surprising because of the age of the appliances and overall unit. The pool in nice when you can get a spot or they don't bus people in. I understand helping the community but please give me a schedule so I can go to the beach instead. Gym is kept up well and is also staffed well. Overall there are a lot of other apartments in Endfield and I would try there first.

Your story is tragic! People like you are the only ones that write. Its never the positive people that actually take the time out of there day to do it. This is sad, because you make a wonderful place sound terrible. Happy to hear you moved out to accommadate your needs... :)

They do not bus people into the pool. The pool is crowded on the weekends b/c a lot of people live here and are not working. Have never had trouble finding an open chair.
Yes, things are left in the lobby by those who think others may have use for their discarded coffee tables, lamps, etc. The staff will allow it to stay there for 1-2 days in case anyone is in need of these items and then they remove them. Have lived here for 3 years and love it!
