If you are asking me if I would refer you to Bigelow, the answer is yes.
I lived there 2 years ago with my husband. The only downfall is that you cannot have a dog, which is why we moved out. It was a hard decision for us to make, since we really did like it. The area is meh, but the property itself is nice. The office staff was always friendly and the gym is a great added bonus as is the indoor pool. We never had any real issues. We heard our neighbors now and then, but they were great and we would just let one another know if things got too much. No bugs, nothing stolen or any of the other stuff people say...
If you do not have or do not want a dog, it is definitely worth checking out.
