At first glance this place looks great,landlord seems very sincere,and apartments look clean. Within the first two months we saw silverfish crawling in our upstairs closets and on the ceilings. My car has been hit while being in my parking spot. Nobody contacted me even knowing what apartment I live in as the spaces are numbered. After working my long days I never know if I am going to get a parking spot as other tentants will park in your assigned space and think nothing of it. I have called my landlord "karen" numerous times and she seems not concerned and never calls me back when I leave messages. My stuff in the storage area got flooded and is full of mildew and she seemed not the least bit concerned. This whole complex is a facade...the living areas as well as the staff. Winters here are a nightmare! I have fell on ice almost 8 times since Dec as they don't believe in salt or taking care ice packed around parking spots. Think twice before moving in here if you plan on staying somewhere for more than a year.
