COMPLAINTS:
he pet policy is a little too strict, especially considering the apartments are big enough to allow dogs, cats, youre not even allowed to have caged pets or a 10 gallon fish tank. dumpsters are near trees, and ive heard of a gir who was attacked by a wild animal, i saw ambulance and police out bac and asked her neighbor. manager never did anything about it. ive also spotted deer in the [arking lot, and osmeone hit my car and left one night and busted my taillight. the lights in my apartment are shotty, and i hear thats a common issue. the walls are thin and you can hear people going in and out all hours of the night. the pathway to the laundryroom is not lit well, and some of the outside lights do not even work. people are frequently parked in my spot. the nighbors in my building are friendly, but theres a crazy woman a couple buildings down that sists on her porch all day talking to herself, and ive even noticed her looking into other peoples windows. the mailboxes are old and hard to get open. the water pressure in shower and sinks is very low. the appliances are outdated, people leave useless junk next to the dumpsters, and outside the apartments, detracting very much from the view of the buildings. we have one couple in the building next to us tht are always screaming at eachother to pay the bills mostly, and i feel sometimes as though i should be living near alden ave. sometimes people take your things out of the dryer and throw them everywhere. and the cable jacks if you want cable or internet or even phone are all located on a small wall no whre near he livingroom

COMPLIMENTS:
the apartments are very great fo the price, spacious, and elegant. management has always responded quickly to any issues i have (although i do kinda walk right up to them and tell them theyre needed now) the pool is cold but always clean and not too bad after a muggy summer day. walkways are easy to navigate and well light at night to get behind the buildings, they make nice shortcuts. n just saying, a hot tub would be nice lol. grace period for rent payment is ample. overall, the good is more than enough to overlook the bad and i like the tucked away peaceful location, and i love having family over to ooh and awe at my nice place!
