After reading some of the reviews, I've come to my own generalization of Fox Hill Apartments. Yes, the sound proofing isn't the greatest, but what do you expect, especially when the place does allow dogs' Dogs have a mind of their own and yes, believe it or not, they do bark. And as far as owners of dogs letting them pee on the grass...where the hell else are they suppose to pee' In the toilet' Get real please. I've never had a problem with the two great girls working in the management office. They have always been very helpful and always a pleasure to see and talk to. So what if they're young' They do a pretty damn good job running these apartments, even at the age they are. Could jealously be a factor to one of these reviewers' Maintenance has been very prompt and fixed everything in a good time frame. Had a problem with a light in the bathroom and garbage disposal and in a days time, it was completely fixed, good as new. As for the neighbors, they have been nice and courteous, and never seem to have any problems. While, yes, it can sometimes get costly with having to pay for every utility, the apartment stays very warm in the winter. I rarely have to turn the heat up past 65 and it stays warm. In the summer, the AC works very well and keeps the aparment very cool.
In all I would definitely recommend any of my friends, family, relatives, or complete strangers in need of an apartment to come and have a look at these. The grounds are nice, very close to everything, the neighbors wonderful and the two girls in the leasing office are always willing to help you with a problem. Good for you, Tara and Nikki for running one of the best apartments in Enfield!
