nice location but pricey has false misleading statements

i am moving in to fox hill in two days and read johnnyM's opinion of fox hill and i think its important to clear up some fog he is spreading. i read it and called fox hill and spoke with them about his statements because naturally they concerned me. there are no hidden fees or charges. its your rent plus utilities and less than $30 a month for water sewage and waste pickup. they are really nice apartments, great location, near everything. 6 flags, shopping malls, movie theaters, grocery stores, banks, even a community college. its all right there. fast food restaurants and sit downs a like just a mile up the road. i didnt answer any of the questions below, those are default answers for parking and whatnot. noise and the rest. i havent moved in yet, when i do i will be back to do it justice.
