?? You sleep very soundly or are deaf to creaky floors, thin walls, huge boom boxes spewing forth music around the clock and neighbors with partying visitors all night long.

?? You don't object when your questions are answered evasively on untruthfully or ignored - even when your questions involve your personal security. The December 29, 2005, issue of the Enfield Press reported that students at a trade school who were residents at Fox Hill, were charged with violating drug laws. As students at the same school lived above me, I wrote the manager listing my concerns. Heard nothing for three weeks. Called again, and was told the district manager was handling it. Several weeks later called again and was told the requested information was confidential. When I asked if their leases stipulated unacceptable conduct of tenants, she answered; "You don't expect me to memorize the contents of a seven page lease, do you'"

?? You like filthy, cramped laundry rooms with "out of order" signs on some washers and dryers for long periods of time.

?? You don't want a medicine cabinet in your bathroom.

?? You don't object to carpets that look like gunny sacks.

?? You don't object to being cheated- such as having a day's rent and an extra monthly water and trash bill deducted from your security deposit more than a week after check out.

?? You are fascinated by the sound of barking dogs, especially in the middle of the night. Every now and then there's the added attraction or repulsion, depending upon your point of view, a genuine dog fight. They should change the name to Dogpatch.

?? You have a high tolerance for fools and knaves. When I questioned the charge of the extra day. the manager said the lease was from 10-1-o5 to 10-1-06. I laughed, actually did, and asked if she knew the definition of the proposition "to". She said I was threatening her and hung up.
