I lived there for 3 months (October-January). Even though so far this has been a mild winter my heating bill was quite expensive. I'm certain I lost alot of heating through the sliding glass door and if was often kind of cool/cold in my apartment. But I did like the space I had the storage area underneath the building (had to pay $10 extra for that). Also you can hear creaking from the people above you walking upstairs. My experience with the staff and maintenance was very good they fixed problems right away. But they will nickle and dime you for everything (electricity, water, heat, trash). But overall this was not a bad place to live but it can be expensive.
