Poor Quality of Living

I am currently in my first year lease. since I moved here couple of months ago, I have have not had a good night sleep. The walls have no insulation and you can literally hear EVERYTHING from your next door neighbors. The flooring has little or no insulation because it creaks everywhere you walks or stands. The laundry room need to be updated and the storage areas that are located in the base always have water settled. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets and flooring, and the light fixtures are VERY OUTDATED AND CHEAP. The property manager seem anti-social, but the assistant,Jennifer, and the maintenance, Victor, are very nice. I would not recommend this apt complex to anyone and will not be renewing my lease.
