My wife and I have been residents for almost two years now. We've been generally happy with the price, location, and the service. The grounds were exceptional the first year we were there, but this past year was horrible. The company they hired mowed many of the beautiful grass mounds around the trees into dirt patches, and it took them such a long time to clean up the leaves that large areas of grass were turned bright yellow.

If your neighbors are loud, you will hear them... but as long as you meet and greet them, they will quiet down upon request. Very friendly atmosphere.

The squirrels in this complex are really bad, they will make nests in grills, dig up or gnaw on any plants outside in planters, and they will chew on anything to see if it is food. We have gnaw marks on our plastic patio furniture, and our grill's wooden handle has been splintered because they are eating it.
