I've been living at woodgate for about 7 months the grounds are well laid out it's no golf course but I do enjoy looking out my windows and seeing grass and a couple trees instead of parking lot. The maintenance guy Jerry is a really good guy and seems to really know his stuff. The laundry room is in the building but you have to go outside to get to it. The laundry is nothing special but it gets the job done. The storage room in the basement is dirty but if you put your stuff in plastic boxes it'll be fine. The walls of the apt. are not super thick but I haven't had to many issues with that. The only real problems I've had have come from the people living upstairs every one else in the complex that I've met has been really nice.
