We lived here for two years and as first apartments go, we were pleased by the size and hardwood floors. Only had two problems in our time - the poor snow removal and a complaint from a neighbor who claimed we were flicking cigarettes off of our balcony onto hers below. That was quickly addressed as "oops" by managment when I pointed out that my husband and I didn't smoke and none of our friends did.
