First, I must admit I've not lived here, nor have I viewed any apt's. I did, however, drive through the property two times to screen it. If you are seeking a place without a lot of kids and with pleasant landscaping, you will be disappointed. There are kids' toys on a lg. percentage of the front stoops. Fine if you have kids but not if you want quiet & not to have to worry about driving around bicycles. The dumpsters are not fully enclosed, so they look shoddy. I was not impressed. Also, if you plan to take a left out onto Rt. 4, you can plan on waiting for a long time. The road is terribly busy.

Our property is ideal for both families as well as empty nesters. Our units have private entrances and are spread out making them quieter than most. For families our property benefits from having oversize units and one of the best school systems in the area.

You do know you are suggesting they discriminate against families with children? I love kids they are active and yes can be pesty some days. but I enjoy the laughter and watching them at play. Some of them even come and visit us. How are dumpster supposed to be pretty? THEY ARE DUMPSTERS and at least it isn't a heap of rotting garbage in the middle of the lawn. We have so much to be greatful for in this country and we complain about unsightly dumpsters? I agree with the traffic but that is Hartfords proplem not Lakeview's
