I have been living here for the last four years. This place has two lakes, one of them has a small beach and a swimming area. Unfortunately, it is being kept in absolutely disgusting condition, such that hardly anyone would swim there! There is a lot of algae, seaweeds, geese poop. That latest problem is not limited by the lake area, though. There are dozens of geeze living on the territory, so poop is everywhere... There is a sidewalk for residents to walk, but you better watch where you step. It was not like that when I moved in. Add the ever increasing rent, and you get the picture...

This year (2009)we put a major investment into upgrading our beach area with a new bluestone patio and remodeled beachhouse. We will do our best to better clean up after the geese.

Its called FREE ENTERPRISE! I am not wealthy but I have no problem with others knowing how to make money. It is supply and demand at it's best. If your not willing to pay for the best rent somewhere else and pay for what you get.
