Management is completely irresponsive to your complaints. They don't even bother to get back to you. I've rented for 12 yrs and always had all the maintenance issues taken care of within 24 Hrs. Here, first time it took them 4 days to fix the dish-washer. Second time, it has been 7 days and I'm still waiting. First time when they sent the maintenance guy, they made us feel as if they're doing a favor. Moreover, the management office is open only from 9:30 - 2:30, so it is very difficult to go and talk to them in person. We hope to get out of here as soon as possible. (There are a number of other factors but I felt that this is the most important one)

If you've busy life-style and rely on prompt maintenance, this may not be a place for you.

I am sorry you have not had a great experience. Our maintenance staff is responsive and generally takes care of problems within 24 hours. While our property hours are from 9-2:30 we do have a main office that is open all day. Your feedback is appreciated.

Id like to know more about your issues with this place. they sound similar to mine.

When I have a really emergency like a backed up toilet, or a leaking pipe, or the frige isn't working, I have always gotten a quick response. When it is something small, like my blind won't open, or the front door sticks, it may take longer for the repair to be completed. But I am not a pushy demanding person and I have patience. I also don't think I am the only one paying good rent and therefor should have my every whim and fancy catered too. The staff ALL of the staff are responsive and concerned about quality work, I think they have been very resonable over the years ive been here
