The walls are paper thin and the neighbors hear and complain about every single sound that is made. The neighbors hate children and complain to management constantly.

Management is totally not understanding to every day living. Don?t ever entertain your family you will be tormented, i.e. a threatening letter to be evicted...that?s when your company leaves at 8:00 pm...when you have a holiday...forget about it you are out!

Heat is included in the rent...hahaha....you can put it up to 90 degrees and it will only go as high as 70 degrees.

Pipes freeze...bathroom toilet bowls stop up and runneth over....drafty windows and doors..

Snow removal was another concern...the hill to get up to the apartments was never plowed properly...you took your life in your hands whenever it snowed.

Don?t ever throw garbage away on the weekends the dumpsters were overflowing and in the summer they were never emptied in a timely fashion....the smells that permiated the apartments was just incredible.



The only wonderful thing that I can say are that the views were out of this world simply breathtaking.



What I thought was going to be a little slice of heaven turned out to be a whole lot of hell!
