I live at the Summit & Birch Hill Apartments and find it ridiculous what some of the people are saying on here.
Not only have I enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, panoramic views from my balcony but, the office and maintenance staff are great! They are very personable and friendly.
I have not had many problems within my apartment and have lived here for 2 years. I will continue to live here. Yes the rates are a little expensive but, what do you expect' We live in Farmington. One of the most expensive cities. I did have one instance in the winter time with the steep hill but, this past winter was very bad with snow. I paged emergency maintenance and one of the maintenance staff helped me out of the snow at 2am in the morning. I really don't know where else you would find that kind of service!
Like I said, I personally have not experienced any of the problems that some of these people have and after speaking with my neighbors I can't say that many of us feel badly about the service or apartments that live here.
