We moved in a year ago and our lease is up for renewal. We have decided that we would love to stay at The Summit & Birch Hill for an additional year!
We love the convenience of covered parking, laundry in the building and the fact that we have guaranteed maintenance within 24 hours. We have lived in several apartments where they were falling apart or not well maintained and we can't say that for the Summit & Birch Hill.
We have a small one bedroom because that's all that we really need and we love the area, the convenience and location and our neighbors. The staff is friendly and they know us very well. We receive newsletters monthly and are kept up on all of the news with the management company and telephone numbers for the regional management should we ever need to contact any one above the office staff.
We love our little apartment and we are excited to stay here for another year.
