I have lived here for two years now and I dont really have any complaints. I LOVE the view, and the fact that I have a door going out to a back woody path that I can walk my dog down. It is very quiet, and I never hear my neighbors doing anything. The only utilities I pay for are electric and that is only like $40 bucks a month. You do pay for the community water heating and trash removal which is like $25.00 a month. It sucks, but at least that is the only other charge. The parking is awesome- I have never ever had a problem with it. There arent even enough cars to fill the spots! The maintenance is always helpful and does things you need as quick as possible- and are very pleasant. The only grip I have is the fact that the hill to get to the apartments is HELL in the winter- I have seen numerous people hit the bottom wall trying to get down it, and I have seen people stuck halfway up who cant get all the way to the top. Minus some small things, I love this place, and I think it is the best place around for the money. So close to all the highways too.
