Pool' Central a/c' Fire place' Entrance Gate' Not one of these "amenities" worked consistently for the entire year that I lived there. Access gate broke and I couldn't get out for 1 hour. Most gym equiptment didn't work. pool had ^%#&! floating in it a number of times. Couldn't control a/c. Issues were not resolved or responded to in many instances. I left exactly 1 year after I walked in.
