The 3 negative reviews for Colonial Village are misinformed. One review states that the amenities are not up to par. It mentions a gate, fireplace, fitness facility, central AC - This is NOT a gated community, does NOT have fireplaces, has WALL AC units, and their fitness facility is being constructed this winter and isn't even open yet!

The other review is also listed exactally word for word as a rating for another Glastonbury Apartment Complex .... So this person occupied two different apartments and had the same problems with both units''

The other comment regarding the office hours and the heat is also off base. The management pays for the heat, but we control our own thermostats! We can set the heat to whatever temperature we choose. The office hours are during the late morning/early afternoon, but the leasing agent also lives here on property and has met with me on more than one occassion to show an apartment and to go over lease details.

I've been at this complex since October of 2003, and can honestly say, there is no other apartment complex that I'd consider calling home.

Whoever wrote those three comments was obviously misinformed or confused as to which complex they were reviewing.
