Would have expected more

For what I pay to live here in a 1-bedroom apartment, I expected more. Sure, the landscaping and motif are pretty in the springtime. It's also close to the center of Glastonbury. But in winter, the snow plowing and shoveling around the complex was terrible. Had to call for help to push my car out of the snowbank one day.
Even in summer, parking is obnoxious at best (at least in the section where I live). There are a lot of blind corners and driveways that should be one-way only (but are not marked as so). People drive fast and don't look around the corners before pulling out. Parallel parking and manuevering around dumpsters typical. No spots are reserved, but I tried to park in another section of the complex and got a nasty note on the windshield about how I was disrespecting my elderly neighbors. It'd expect this in the city, but not in Glastonbury.
Laundry is in the basement, behind locked doors, have to bring a key all the time. Two washers, two dryers shared by eight apartments. Machines only run on swipe cards that must be refilled at the rental office. $2 per load.
For the price, I'm moving somewhere else that offers a lot more.
