These apartments have to be the worst apartments for any tenant to live in. The noise is a big factor. If happen to be in the unfortunate position of living on a ground floor apartment, then you will be subjected to the most intimate of noise from your neighbors both upstairs and through the wall.

In my experience, I could hear the man upstairs when he went to the bathroom!! Also when he had a bath or shower or even turned the tap on in the kitchen.

The neighbor through the wall, we could hear coughing and all other intimate details as with the neighbor upstairs too.

The complex was quiet though, outside that is!!!

The apartments were very poorly designed with no doors to separate the kitchen from the living area. Talking of doors, they did not fit properly, lay at a slant and the draft proofing was terrible!!

The whole apartment is at a slant nothing is level. The heating is poor quality too with no individual room thermostats.

I find it very hard to say anything good about these apartments, although the service and repair guys are a gem! and the water pressure is good. If you require a repair, they are there usually the same day and do their best to resolve the issue.

The laundry rooms are always being used and there are only 2 washers/dryers for an 8 apartment block.

Basically, if you want to stay in Glastonbury then you will pay through the nose for very poor quality at these apartments.

Drive by and don't even consider a second look!
