dont bother the rent is way to high for a place that paints over black mold and pretends its not there, and doesnt keep common areas upkept at least to good standards (like dog urine in the hallways and condom wrappers all over the place in the stairwells.) the managers and workers are all rude

Avoid! Pros:
-convenient location close to everything
Cons:
-over-priced ($1300 for a 400sf studio? Highway robbery!)
-noisy: walls are shoddily-constructed and do almost nothing to block sound, which sucks if your neighbors make a lot of noise, drag furniture around, and have yappy
