I have lived here since July of 2008 and I have not been impressed at all.
It is nearly impossible to get anything fixed properly by maintenance.
I can hear my neighbors all day long.
Drug use is prevelant, and I see people who are high or drunk all the time.
My mailbox lock is broken and they haven't fixed it.
My key to my back door doesn't work, but when I told them, they didn't do anything about it.
I have repeatedly told them that I need a new refrigerator unit because the one I have leaks all over the floor, but they never replace it.
I've been robbed twice in less than a year.
My faucets and bathtub leak.
I complained about my door not shutting properly and nothing was done about it until I was robbed.
The floors are very creaky.
The washers and dryers are mostly broken and they smell like a sewer.
Speaking of sewers, the sewage has been known to back up and overflow in the crawl spaces beneath the units.
Last year, there were skunks everywhere.
The grass is spotted with dog feces.
My car has been dented and scratched regularly since I moved here.
Now some positives...
I can walk to EB where I work in a very short time.
The landscaping isn't bad.
I will be moving out soon.
