This apartment is definitely not worth the money. The appliances are run down. The air conditioners smell when turned on. There are no windows in the bathroom or the kitchen. I had to put a sock in the window screen because it was not repaired and had a huge hole. The birds infest the balconies (think about what that entails) Also, there are a lot of bbw unhappily married women living there..I should know my fiance was constantly being entertained by them...chatting online with them as well etc. It was horrible. There were many late night parties. Additionaly, people were often fixing their cars in the parking lot. Do make sure you are cautious in what you throw away because there is a woman that rumages through the garbage often. Oh yes and one day I came home and the lock had fallen out of the cylinder...hmmm
