I have resided at Counrty Glen about for 1.5 years. Apt are ok, lots of ammedities, but most applainces are old or mismatched, which would be ok if the pipes werent constantly bursting.
Management was great until Aug when PM left, it was still good until Oct when the Asst. PM left, now the management office is in chaos. When and if you ever see the new property mananger she is rude and unprofessional and belittles staff in front of residents.
Maintence is good for what they have to work with and deal with (manager).
Complex improvements are being made to the community center and management office, but not to the exsisting resident units.
