Well, here is the scoop...
The rent here is kinda high, but it is worth it considering the nice area it is located in. Beautiful trees and green all around.
The indoor pool, jacuzzi, and courts are very nice and are kept up well.
My apartment has no major problems whatsoever, and having the laundry room can be nice. Occasionally a minor repair has to be made, but its nothing that cannot be fixed. The maintenance guys here are the nicest people I have ever dealt with at a complex.
Dealing with the office is hit or miss- people in the complex that have had problems such as damage due to a heavy rain or a satellite dish issue often go through a rough ordeal from the office when seeking help. As long as you don't have those kinds of issues, everything is great. BE CAREFUL with them, that's all I am saying.
