Ok well
I moved here for college
this place has one of the best prices around, but yes the a/c and appliances are all old
the walls are indeed paper thin, if you listen closely enough you can hear your neighbors talk downstairs/upstairs
overall it's nice but it is indeed becoming a ghetto area
i moved in 8 months ago, am supposed to move out in two days, and then my car got robbed and things were stolen out of my car
therefore
i don't think the area itself is very safe
