Unimpressive Office Staff

I am not a resident, but I had a bad experience yesterday and thought I would share it. Therefore, please do not pay attention to the scores, except for the staff score. I have tried not to skew the results any more than necessary.
I called this weekend and I must say that I was not impressed. I am looking to relocate from out of state and have no idea what most places in Groton have to offer. If it was a temp that was pretending to work on Saturday, perhaps the agency should be strongly reconsidered.
In my recent experience, all of the places I have called have volunteered a list of property and apartment amenities. When I called this place, I had to ask where I called because the lady just said "hello" as if I had called her at home. When I told her I was inquiring about one bedroom apartments for June, she just said ok.
I hope this is a message to the management because there is some DIRE need of training in the work place. Even if all of the ratings were bad on this site, I would be willing to find out for myself. Unfortunately for Country Glen, I already have made a decision in a very uncomfortable, 20 second phone call.
