We lived at this apartment complex for about one and a half years. I was VERY disappointed in pretty much everything. To begin with the office staff would only try to correct a problem if my husband went to talk to them. They would never resolve anything with me.
The maintenence staff always treatd you like you were stupid and ignorant. They would try to tell you the answer to your problem before you even told them what was wrong. We had a sewage leak outside our back door during the winter. I was 6 months pregnant and it would freeze every night. It was extremely dangerous. It took us about 2 months to finally get them to fix it.
Our kids always seemed like an issue to the office staff and maintenance alike. If you don't like kids, don't rent to people with them. Our kids weren't allowed any type of water toy outside. We bought them sidewalk chalk and our kids were told they couldn't use that!
Our neighbors held parties every weekend. We complained and were told that they couldn't do anything about it, we would have to call the police.
We were suppose to get one parking place off the street and if we got it someone would always illegally park behind us and we couldn't get out.
When we moved out we cleaned carpets and left the apartment looking like new. Instead of looking through the apartment with us before we left, they refused. We were told that they never checked the apartments out while the residents were there. We found that odd and now we know why. We are told that we owe $900 and they have refused to give us a detailed list of the charges unless we dispute the cost. If we owe that much money, that's fine, but at least let us know what we owe it for!
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, especially if you have kids. They aren't welcome there!

I had that same problem with parking and they sent me the $900 bill too when i moved out.
