During our time there they changed management and while it was a huge improvement from the old, it still wasn't enough. Maintanance took FOREVER to respond and seemed to talk down to you, especially women. I think they finally got around to installing our A/C unit in JULY, not good when your 5 months pregnant! Office staff seemed friendly, but were CONSTANTLY talking about their 'problem' tenants. If you have problems with your neighbors or parking, don't bother calling the office they don't seem to care about their tennants quality of life. Just call the cops. We had druggie neighbors who stayed up partying till 4 am and a gal whose boyfriend constantly beat her up and the ONLY remedy was calling the cops!
The area has always been know to be rough and the new mgmt gave it the old college try and spruced up the grounds and refurbished the apts, but one thing they didn't and haven't changed was the quality of people they rented to. For the money they are asking now, spend a bit more and go elsewhere!
