My husband and I lived in these apartments for a year. It started out fine, but then once we signed the lease we were in for it! The management is horrible, our neighbors downstairs were so loud and rude. They treated us terribly, and parked up to 3 cars in the back, taking our parking space. When I asked them to move one car so we could park there they said no. So I called the office, and it took days for them to move. These neighbors got worse and worse so I kept in contact with the office to have it taken care of but to no avail! Then about a year into our lease we received a letter stating that they were terminating our lease. When my husband called the office to inquire about this they simply stated because we had problems with neighbors! We got terminated because of the neighbors! Then we decided we could no longer take the harassment from our neighbors, so we made plans to live with family for a little while. I called the office and let them no we would be vacating the apartment shortly. They said that was fine and to drop the key off at the office. After cleaning and emptying the apartment we left the keys in the slot in an envelope. About 6 months later we received a collection notice from them stating we owed $1400.00! Including damages and missed rent! They never sent us any other bill just straight to collections, which has damaged our credit. Do not trust them, they all lie through their teeth, and the apartments are terrible. They favor people who they can get to pay more for the same crappy apartment. Also while there the nails and staples that held in the carpeting kept coming lose and one nail went through my foot, and pets were only allowed to the favorites!
