There has to be a better place to rent in Groton

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Gripes
1. Giant Bugs known only to Groton Towers.
2. Elevator always broken.
3. Hallways 100 F and heat seaps into your apartment. Expect to sweat instantly.
Constantly cooling the 100 F hallway with my AC unit.
4. Pool opened 2 months late (Is it really a perk if it is opened late')
5. Solicitors coming to your door.
6. Police showing up monthly.
7. Brown water coming out of facet.
8. Vacant apartments. (Means you pay more)
9. Dated style
10.Overpriced laundry ($3.10 per load!)
11.Apparent that manager writes reviews to promote business. Be weary if a review goes on and on about the staff.....fishy.
Positive notes:
1. My car has not been broken into.
2. Hallway was updated recently.
3. Relatively no noise from neighbors.
4. New carpet when I moved in.
5. Close to Phizer, EB, SUBBASE, Washington Park, Beach, Instant Access to highway.
