Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I apparently come from a place that costs far more to live in than Groton. I have a 2-bedroom, and pay $1000/month, been here about a year. It is extremely hot ALWAYS, even with the AC unit they provide running 24/7 the temp in the apartment never gets cooler than the mid 70s.
I have also experienced the bug problem during the winter. During the winter its great that they used to provide free heat (they just changed that, you now pay), because we turned on the heat TWICE last winter, the apartment stays that warm. So while they say its an added benefit, it no longer is and never truly was.
Current cost for the washer/dryer is $1.60 per load in each. Fitness room is weak but fine for what it is.
