Made run-down BARRACKS look great!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Overpriced! Cheap appliances, heat in apartments difficult to control, drafty. Hefty deposit: $2000.
Water problems: hot water in shower runs out within 8 minutes, water is too hard, at one point water ran brown!
Unsafe: Cheap locks on doors, there have been break-ins in downstairs apartments.
Yuck: People leave trash in hallways and it is not picked up for more than a week; leaves a foul smell in the entire building.
Neighbors: Annoyingly loud college student parties outdoors at 3 a.m. on Thursday nights had to be broken up by cops on more than one occasion.
Highest rent in Groton. Definitely not worth it for what (little) you get. Found another apartment for $400 less, comparable in size, utilities included with AC near Groton with military clause and no security deposit. If you are in the military DO NOT move to La Triumphe Apartments.
