I lived at La Triumphe for a year and it was just okay. The staff was helpful and maintenance was always busy keeping the property looking nice. What was most annoying was that on more than 4 occasions the water in all faucets, inculding the shower, was brown. Also, make sure you actually view the apartment that you will be renting before signing the lease, as the models are very different than the actual apartments.
