overpriced, overpriced, overpriced

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Incredibly expensive apartments. Single was $780/month (2001) with NO utilities. New street rate is $1050/month, still no utilities. A washer/dryer is not worth the $400 you could save at another complex (not to mention utilities included in rent). Only saving graces for this complex is it is located far back from main roads. Very quiet, very secure. But not worth the price.
