My wife and I lived at La Triumphe for a year. While they say that these are "luxury apartments" the truth is that they are not. Some points to consider:

1. Our actual apartment was nothing like the model. The kicthen appliances were very old, the door handles to several rooms were missing and the ceiling leaked.

2. The lease is rediculous -- over 15 pages -- it is set up so that it is very difficult for you to get your security deposit back.

3. 24 maintanience' Ha!

4. How can a "luxuary" apartment not have central A/C'

For the money it is not worth it. If you must live there, make sure you see YOUR apartment as the model is MUCH -- VERY MUCH -- nicer than the real apartments.
