Apartments are spacious and quiet but the management will not allow you to enjoy those. Washer and Dryer were changed 3 times in the first 3 months.It was in the fourth month after we moved in that we could utilize the in-house washer and dryer. Water pressure was such that if someone was showering, then there would be nothing in the kitchen nor the other bathroom. Repeated complaints got us the same answer - Its normal. Finally, they fired the guy on their maintenance staff and the new guy fixed it in half and hour. But we had suffered through it for almost 2 months. Now the dryer's broken for almost a month and half. Stopped asking them to fix it. The manager at La Triumphe is very rude. Do not get fooled by the outward appearence of the complex 'cause the life inside can be very very frustating

I had a problem with either the washer or dryer putting holes in my clothes. I finally took a shirt up to the office (third time I complained about it) and they put a new washer and dryer in.
