My wife and I have nothing but problems at La Triumphe. We had a break-in (Yes we did and we filed a report), our hall smells gargage (all the time) and our carpet was full of stains when we moved in, it was so bad that maintenence told managememnt on the phone in front of us that it needed to be changed; however, all we got was another carpet cleaning. Did I mention that rent is a small fortune' The management is very rude and do not ask them for anything: they will either lie or blow up in your face and make up clauses about the fair housing act. Please be smart and rent elsewhere!

Oh, come on. I've lived in the newer building at La Triumphe for 5 years and the building is always clean and the only break-ins here are in cars. Contact the local police department and live truly informed. Not by this guy who is obviously not giving the real reason for his unhappiness.

The rents are very high and the apartments are not that nice. We chose not to live there.
