Hefty Fees for Military Move Out

I would give the complex a B. The view we had of the woods was being torn down to build new buildings, and the one elevator per building made move in and out difficult. Otherwise, parking was easy and readily available, the townhouse style was very nice and the staff were very friendly and responsive.
When we had to break this lease WITH a military transfer clause, we had to pay 800 dollars. A bit much in a military town.
