The walls are very thin. The facility is amazing. Kept very clean. It's expensive, but I feel okay about paying for controlled access, dvd library, workout room, coffee/cookie station. Well insulated, crown molding, excellent appliances. Only complaint is the noise which never occurs after 10pm.
