Have lived at the ledges for two years. Not worth the money, poor on site management, looks nice from the outside, however you can hear every move your neighbors make. parking is a major problem. They have short terms leases were the leasees trash the apartment and have no concern for thier neighbors. Dogs are allowed and crap all for the place. Riverstone Residential Group owns the complex and the rumor has it that it is for sale.
