I had a one year lease. My lease was supposed to be up on a certain day. They then said a few months before I had to move out, I had to put in a 60 day notice when I had a lease and the day I was supposed to move out. I was a couple of days late in putting my notice in and then they said I had to extend my lease and pay month to month which was over 1600 dollars for a two bedroom apartment. The increase in rent was absolutly insane. I then was told when I moved in that I had to pay last months rent. When moving out, they told me it was part of security when I already put down a security deposit. I don't think that they have their stuff together. I did not find the staff very nice or helpful when I had a problem. I had a neighbor complain because my alarm went off at 3:00 in the morning because I had to go to work. You can hear your neighbors every move so if you want privacy I would not come here. I also had a lot of construction in my building. I work third shift sometimes so I would come home to go to sleep and all I could hear was banging in my building to improve the appearance. One day I brought my grandfather over in a wheelchair and the entrance accessible for wheelchairs was blocked off. He couldn't even come up to my apartment. My last complaint is about parking. I work odd shifts so if I came home after 9 or 10 pm, I wouldn't get any parking and would have to park far away. A bunch of parking spots were blocked off so they could be fixed for weeks and they weren't fixed when I moved out. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
