Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Apartments are OLD - you can hear everything from your neighboring apartments.

Way too inefficient heating - your power bill will easily exceed $200 in winter.

Location is nice. Good closet space and spacious kitchen.

Recommended: NO
